96… Reasons for Justice

Today, like all of Liverpool (red and blue) and other parts of the country, I have taken the time to remember those 96 football supporters who perished at Hillsborough in 1989.

I’m not just remembering the 96 and the countless others who were injured because I am a Scouser, but because 96 people who went to see a ‘football match’ didn’t come home that day. This isn’t right and why I support 96… Reasons for Justice.

You can read more about the disaster at the Hillsborough Football Stadium on 15 April 1989 and the tireless work of the families, in their fight for justice at Hillsborough Family Support Group.

The 96 may be gone, but they’re definitely not forgotten – You’ll Never Walk Alone.

God bless, Max x
