I was talking to an Australian the other day, and whilst trying to be smart mentioned that I’d been down under.

As I reeled-off the places in Oz I visited… Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney, in the next breath I was told “nice, but I’m from Brisbane”. How rude?

This has been a… don’t be smart, ‘View from the Bottom’.
