Today, one of my closest and dearest friends Charlotte married her love, Jamie in the beautiful Channel Islands’.

Charlotte and I have known each other for some time now, and I was probably excited as her when she told me that she had found ‘the one’ – and then meeting him myself in an old Manchester public house.

I too remember ‘funnily’ how a former colleague of Charlotte and I, thought ‘we’ would make a nice couple once back in 2005… she missed a fundamental problem there! Ha.

So, on this UK Bank Holiday Sunday, Alex and I wish two of our great friends ‘all the best’ for their happy life together that awaits them, as husband and wife.

I can’t think of a more perfect couple.

This has been a ‘View from the Bottom’ where I’ve gone a little emotional!
