Had he not died last year 3 months before his 99th birthday, Uncle Billy today would have celebrated his 100th here on earth. He was looking forward to getting his card off The Queen too. Sadly, it wasn’t meant to be.

However, he is still fondly remembered by those left and will continue to be so.
