The Home Affairs Committee will publish its report ‘Leadership and Standards in the Police’ on Monday 1 July 2013 at 00.01 (Third Report, Session 2013-14, HC 67-I).

I HOPE the committee which represents all the main British political parties, will have taken my evidence – in contrast to what the ‘Police Leaders’ have submitted – seriously, so that REAL change can happen.

A Police Service that is discriminatory on the inside, will be discriminatory on the outside.

Leadership ‘should be’ top down, not bottom up. But maybe, change has to come from those at the bottom – to force the top, to get ‘their’ house in order.
