I’m not one for making a New Year’s resolution, as 12-months is a long time to wait to make your life better – if indeed it needs to be!

However, with today the start of a new cycle of 365-days I thought I’d share with you how I strive to now live My Life by in 6 simple words…

Live Healthy, Laugh Often & Love Yourself.

That’s it.

So, if you haven’t made a resolution for 2012 – don’t worry about it, not everyone does. Just try and ‘Be Happy’, if you can.
